Mass-RI Veterinary Services in Swansea, MA seeks an experienced Internal Medicine Specialist to lead clinical services within the COVE Animal Health network, combining medical leadership with hands-on patient care. This role offers mentorship responsibilities, collaboration with specialists, and opportunities to shape hospital culture while supporting growth and medical excellence.

ACVIM Diplomate or board-eligible, MA licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience are preferred;

• ACVIM Diplomate in Small Animal Internal Medicine or residency-trained and eligible for board certification.
• Massachusetts veterinary licensure eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
