Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and pets on arrival.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments.
• Update medical charts and process payments.
• Perform administrative tasks (filing, data entry, stocking, records).
• Assist kennel/boarding staff with dog walking, feeding, check-in/check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception area.
