Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally.
• Handle check-in/check-out, billing, and client flow.
• Answer phones and emails with accurate information and courtesy.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize daily workflow.
• Explain wait times and treatment updates clearly to clients.
• Process payments and financial transactions securely.
• Maintain client/patient records in the practice management system (ezyVet).
• Coordinate communications between medical team and clients for smooth handoffs.
• Assist with inventory at the front desk and maintain lobby appearance.
