Qualifications

• 1+ year in veterinary/healthcare/customer service preferred.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and professional etiquette.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-friendly with phones, card terminals, and practice mgmt systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with warmth, ensuring a calm, welcoming environment.
• Manage check-in/check-out and accurate billing with efficient client flow.
• Answer phones and emails, route inquiries, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize daily hospital workflow.
• Communicate wait times and treatment updates clearly to clients.
• Process payments and deposits accurately and securely.
