Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions.
• Collect and update patient information and medical histories.
• Coordinate arrivals and communicate with veterinarians and technicians.
• Process invoices, payments, and client transactions accurately.
• Assist with prescriptions and product requests as directed by the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
• Support front-desk operations and help keep appointments organized.
• Create a welcoming environment for clients during routine visits and difficult moments.
