GoodVets is a nationwide network of modern animal hospitals, co-owned with local veterinarians. As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you set the tone for every visit by delivering a welcoming and supportive experience for pet owners and their companions.

• Front-desk experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Comfort using Windows and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the check-in/check-out process with care.
• Answer and triage phone calls with a multi-line system.
• Schedule appointments and follow ups with the clinical team.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and managers.
• Assist stressed clients with compassion and clarity.
• Support light administrative and cleaning duties as needed.
