Join to apply for the Veterinary Extern - General Practice role at NVA General Practice.

All Creatures Veterinary Clinic offers a $2,500 travel stipend for clinical year externship rotations.

Students will work closely with supervising Associate Veterinarians to gain experience in gathering patient histories, performing physical exams, creating treatment plans, diagnostics, dentistry services, observing or assisting in surgical procedures, and managing medical cases. Externs will also have opportunities to develop communication skills with the medical team, support staff, and clients.

Externship durations range from two to eight weeks, depending on schedules. These programs are designed for 3rd and 4th year veterinary students.
