Job description

Practice Overview

We are a fast-paced general practice facility that sees canine, feline and exotic patients. We offer dentistry, surgery, ultrasound, rehabilitation services and more.

Internship Responsibilities

• Work closely with the supervising veterinarian to gather patient histories

• Observe, assist or perform surgical procedures


• Manage medical care of patients


• Practice communication skills with the medical team, support staff, and clients

Internship Duration

Externship experiences range from two to eight weeks depending on student and hospital schedules.

Eligibility & Stipend

Veterinary students in the clinical portion of their education are eligible for a travel/living expense stipend.
