Abqpetcarehospital invites clinical year veterinary students to apply for a hands-on externship in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This program provides valuable experience with exotic animal care, surgical procedures, and advanced veterinary equipment. Students will receive mentorship from experienced veterinarians and a stipend of $1,500 for travel or living expenses. • Advanced Equipment: Fully automated lab (IDEXX), Avimark, ScribeNote, ultrasound, laser, digital X‑ray, portable X‑ray, dual surgery and dental suites, with endoscope coming soon.

Training & Mentorship

• Hands‑on experience with diagnostics, treatment plans, dentistry, and surgical procedures.

• Additional mentorship and collaboration available from associate veterinarians on team.
