The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate referrals, maintain records, and support operations while guiding clients through intake, estimates, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of veterinary emergency experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrated professionalism and positivity in high-stress environments.
• Familiarity with EzyVet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between referring veterinarians and our hospital for emergency and ICU referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up for all referrals and communications.
• Support hospital operations with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicate intake procedures, visitation policies, estimates, and discharge instructions to clients.
• Coordinate referrals between primary care veterinarians, specialists, and emergency clinicians.
