Job summary

Grace and Faye Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced RVT to serve as Veterinary Training Supervisor I in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role leads and develops training for the Emergency Nursing Team, focusing on onboarding, skills development, competency tracking, and support for a high-performing ER unit.

The position requires weekend/holiday availability and hands-on instruction in CPR, restraint, triage, nursing skills, anesthesia, and more.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical duties during shift.
• Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop training programs for ER staff.
• Onboard, mentor, and assess competency of team members.
• Create educational materials and hands-on training sessions.
• Support onboarding, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate student internship and externship experiences.
• Maintain onboarding and training documentation.
• Assist with exams, patient handling, and nursing care as needed.
