Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to define the customer journey through service, focus, and participation—so, you are passionate about perfecting the experience before, during, and after their time at VEG. Outgoing and personable, with each customer, you conduct yourself professionally in both demeanor and presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service.
• Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences.
• Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability in high-stakes settings.
• Willing to work at night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable in a noisy environment with odors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online.
• Oversee all customer communications and route urgent medical calls to a doctor.
• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences and proactively say “yes” to needs.
• Listen with empathy, resolve concerns, and anticipate issues.
• Keep nursing and medical teams updated on patient/customer needs.
