COVE Animal Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to join our Portland, ME team at PVESC's new emergency and specialty hospital. Bring your veterinary experience and strong client service skills to help coordinate care and maintain records in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with doctors, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth operations, review records for urgencies, and support internal medicine procedures. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have veterinary experience and knowledge of internal medicine procedures.
• Strong organization, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians.
• Review patient records and identify urgent concerns.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information; audit records and charges.

PVESC is looking for an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to join our team in our newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine.

Bring your veterinary experience, organization skills, and positive energy and help us make this exciting new chapter at PVESC something special.

What you'll do:

• Keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians
• Review patient records and help identify urgent concerns
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Audit records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics
• Become a go‑to resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm
• $22-$34/hour based on experience and licensure
• Sign on bonus potential based on experience and licensure
