Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care in Falmouth, ME is seeking an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to support our new 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital.

You will keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians; review patient records; enter and maintain accurate patient information; and audit records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics while becoming a go-to resource for Internal Medicine procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating veterinary client communications.
• Ability to review patient records and identify urgent concerns.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Comfort with audits of records, reports, and charges.

PVESC is looking for an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to join our team in our newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine.

Bring your veterinary experience, organization skills, and positive energy and help us make this exciting new chapter at PVESC something special.

What you'll do:

• Keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians
• Review patient records and help identify urgent concerns
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Audit records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics
• Become a go-to resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm
• $22-$34/hour based on experience and licensure
• Sign on bonus potential based on experience and licensure
