Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Clinical Manager for Client Services and Cardiology to lead the Dallas and Grapevine teams, ensuring exceptional patient and client experiences while promoting collaboration across departments.

Reporting to Hospital Director and Medical Director, you will guide staffing, training, and performance feedback to support healthy growth and service excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Occurrences of multi-tasking in a fast-paced veterinary setting are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team has resources to deliver the MedVet Experience.
• Coach staff on process improvement and efficiency.
