Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is seeking a Veterinary Clinical Manager for Client Services and Cardiology to lead a dynamic team across Dallas and Grapevine locations.

You’ll coach staff, optimize scheduling, manage resources, and partner with Hospital and Medical Directors to sustain a high level of patient and client care while delivering an exceptional MedVet experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have standard knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and administrative duties to at least 50% administrative time.
• Lead and coach department staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments and hospital leadership.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules to maximize workflow.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing performance feedback for team members.
• Negotiate and mediate conflicts in partnership with HR.
