Job summary

ARIZONA HUMANE SOCIETY seeks a full-time Sunnyslope Clinic Supervisor to lead operations at the full-service and spay/neuter clinic, delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring efficiency across departments.

The role partners with the Clinic Manager to implement policies, maintain standards, and oversee records and regulatory compliance, while supporting staff in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience in a veterinary hospital or shelter.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or comparable environment.
• Ability to fulfill duties of Vet Tech II or CVT with proficiency in phlebotomy, immunology, parasitology, endocrinology, anesthesia, pharmacology, euthanasia, and humane animal handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and supervise veterinary technicians.
• Maintain accurate medical records and controlled substance protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Humane Alliance standards and state/federal regulations.
• Train staff and coordinate cross-department activities.
• Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
