Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the complete operations of the veterinary clinics in Coronado and San Diego. You will lead teams, manage daily operations, customer service, inventory, and budget across the network, ensuring high service standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, schedule, process payroll, ensure compliance with labor laws, and partner with support teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full P&L management responsibility, preferably in hospitality, service or retail.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in customer service and staff training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Veterinary experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff across locations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and budget within set targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with support teams (HR, Marketing, Facilities) for operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws.
