Key City Veterinary Clinic in Abilene, TX, is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our Small Animal and Urgent Care teams. You will champion a healthy culture, guide the career development of teammates, and own the hospital's financial health.

You will recruit and hire top talent, manage the P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet goals, and ensure exceptional client and patient care. This role offers strong internal support, educational opportunities, and a path to leadership within Mission Pet

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry.
• Proven business and financial acumen, including experience managing or contributing to P&L performance, labor, inventory, budgets, and KPIs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build trust, create accountability, develop team members, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing strong teams.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate change and build effective relationships across the hospital.
