New Braunfels Veterinary Clinic is actively seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on strong team development and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will bring veterinary experience and a proven leadership background to guide growth and service excellence.

You will partner with the Medical Director and leadership team to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, schedule effectively, and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the hospital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of veterinary hospital management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or CVPM preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: monitor performance, manage budgets, payroll, and drive growth.
• Operational Oversight: ensure workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, inventory, and policies.
• Strategic Direction: develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management: supervise daily operations, scheduling, and maintenance.
