Bond Vet is seeking a Medical Director in New York to lead medical operations and ensure veterinary care quality. The role involves mentoring staff and collaborating on clinic protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a Veterinary Medical Degree and state licensure along with leadership experience. The position offers competitive pay between $170,000 and $200,000, flexible employment models, and generous benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures delivery of highest quality veterinary care by all team members.
• Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians through coaching and discussions.
• Participates in Performance Improvement Process for team performance.
• Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings.
• Acts as a thought partner in developing new practice protocols.
• Partners with Clinic Manager to handle client complaints.
• Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and support staff.
• Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule.
• Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community.
