Bond Vet is seeking a Veterinary Clinic Manager to lead the clinic team, oversee daily operations, and drive performance. You will manage the clinic’s P&L, mentor staff, and collaborate with the operations team to scale processes and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing professionals in complex organizations in the veterinary space (or translatable experience) is ideal.
• Experience supervising front desk operations.
• Experience with compliance and safety policies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• CVPM designation is considered ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Manage your clinic’s P&L
• Mentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excel
• Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization
• Collaborate with our operations team to scale operations and implement processes
• Own customer relations
• Lead weekly team meetings & daily team check-ins
• Create clinic schedulesIdentify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and then implement improvements
• Ensure team members complete their daily checklists
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Foster a sense of community within the team
