Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Wilmington is seeking a Customer Service Manager at our new Wilmington, North Carolina location opening in late fall 2026. The role oversees the CSR team, ensures exceptional client experiences and efficient front desk workflow in a brand-new 16,000 sq ft facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the CSR team.
• Resolve client and staff concerns professionally.
• Manage front desk inventory and supplies.
• Oversee relationships with third-party service providers.
• Collaborate with CSR and other hospital departments.
• Cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Train and develop CSRs.
