Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative in Carmel, IN. You will greet clients, manage calls, escort pets to rooms, and handle medical records and payments to ensure a smooth MedVet experience.

Excellent communication, strong client service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting are essential. Some flexibility with hours and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail; ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Flexibility with hours; willing to work additional hours when necessary.
• Experience in veterinary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Discuss payment options and process payments.
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby.
