This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience.
The Veterinary Client Service Supervisor (CSS) guides the daily activities of the Client Services Team (CST) under the direction of the Client Services Manager (CSM). Primary responsibilities include facilitating communication between Client Services and hospital departments to ensure smooth operations and addressing issues that arise during shifts to maintain seamless client and patient experiences.
