BluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is currently seeking a new Client Service Supervisor.

The Client Service Supervisor (CSS) guides the daily activities of the Client Services Team (CST) under the direction of the Client Services Manager (CSM). Primary responsibilities include facilitating communication between Client Services and all hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient interdepartmental activity, especially in the absence of the CSM. The CSS provides management coverage for the CS department to ensure seamless service throughout the client and patient visit.

As the Client Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning, monitoring, and ensuring the completion of the initial training program for new Client Service associates to deliver the highest level of personal care tailored to each client's unique needs.
  2. Guiding the Client Service Team Leader to schedule associates cost-effectively, ensuring sufficient staffing to meet or exceed client needs at every shift.
  3. Acting as a key member of the management team and the link between clients, patients, and caregivers, providing feedback to co-managers to address issues that may cause client dissatisfaction.
  4. Communicating clearly with client service associates both one-on-one and in groups to ensure understanding of new ideas, protocols, policies, and ongoing updates.
  5. Coaching associates to proactively anticipate and address client service needs and assisting with escalated or stressful situations. Planning and conducting regular team meetings.
  6. Seeking continuous improvement in client service through ongoing training, input from Client Service Coordinators, and feedback from doctors and management.
  7. Meeting personally with clients to discuss concerns and questions regarding services provided.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned.
