Job summary

Eye Care for Animals Tampa, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, seeks a friendly Client Service Representative to greet clients and their pets, schedule appointments, and help keep the front desk organized. You’ll interact in person, on the phone, and online with empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced veterinary clinic.

The ideal candidate loves animals, communicates clearly, and is dependable. Veterinary experience is preferred.

Eye Care for Animals Tampa, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking for a friendly, service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our talented team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love helping people and their pets, and take pride in providing great hospitality, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you’ll support pet parents, help keep appointments running smoothly, and contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and online.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:
  • Greet clients and their pets warmly, making everyone feel valued and comfortable
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the clinic running smoothly
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and online
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Support the veterinary team by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment

  • Veterinary medicine experience is highly preferred
