Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Raleigh, NC. You will be the first friendly face for clients, handling appointments, inquiries, and payments while supporting our doctors and technicians in delivering excellent care.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and multitasking in a busy veterinary environment. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth within

The ideal candidate:

Job Summary:

As a client service representative, you will be a key player in building relationships and providing experience in serving our clients' appointments and medical needs. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced doctors and technicians and opportunities to grow within your profession!

Job Duties:

• Greet clients with enthusiasm, answer multi-line phone system
• Gather patient history/information; educate clients on annual care
• Schedule daily appointments, organize next day procedures
• File patient documents
• Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies
• Respond to emergencies when they arise
• Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients
• Work with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive the best care

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
