Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Germantown, MD team. You will welcome clients, coordinate appointments, answer questions, and provide seamless support from check-in to check-out during each visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Client Service experience.

You’ll play an important role in pets' lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our clients and patients. Your life-changing work will range from greeting guests and coordinating appointments to answering questions, managing communications and providing seamless support throughout every visit from check-in to check-out.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Client Service experience

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $20 - $24 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
