Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative in Manassas, VA. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling check-ins, phone calls, and payments while maintaining patient records and a welcoming lobby. Prior veterinary front-desk experience is preferred.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to ensure a smooth MedVet experience for clients and their pets. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

We are looking for: Veterinary Client Service Representative

This position has an initial hiring range of 20.75 to 26.75 per hour based on skills and experience.

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain compassionate yet professional composure.
