Thrive Pet Healthcare's Eye Care for Animals Bestgate, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. In this full-time role, you’ll greet clients and their pets, schedule appointments, handle inquiries with empathy, and support the veterinary team to deliver exceptional, welcoming care.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability; veterinary experience is preferred.

Eye Care for Animals Bestgate, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking for a friendly, service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our talented team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love helping people and their pets, and take pride in providing great hospitality, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you’ll support pet parents, help keep appointments running smoothly, and contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and online.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, making everyone feel valued and comfortable
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and online
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Support the veterinary team by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine love for pets and the people who care for them
• Veterinary medicine experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Dependable, punctual, and consistently positive attitude

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at$20-$23/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
