Firehouse Animal Health Center Westlake in Austin, TX is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive hospital flow and deliver excellent client and patient service. You will support leadership and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, dependent on experience. This role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary setting (CSR, assistant, technician), preferred.
• Must be open to learning.
• Comfortable with computers and other technology (AVImark software helpful but not required).
• Passion for building relationships and educating.
• Compassion toward animals and people.
• High energy and drive to be successful.
• Fast learner, able to multi-task and be flexible to change.
