Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists in Buzzards Bay and Dennis, MA is seeking a full-time Client Care Associate to be the welcoming first point of contact for emergency and specialty clients. You will handle phone calls, check-ins, scheduling, and revenue processing while keeping calm in a busy hospital setting.

This role requires compassionate communication, accurate records, and teamwork with medical staff across both locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in clients for appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer and direct calls with a multi-line system.
• Create estimates, invoices, deposits, and process payments.
• Scan documents and maintain accurate information in the EMR.
• Send medical records and updates to referring veterinarians.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Communicate with compassion and empathy during high-stress moments.
• Work closely with medical teams across both hospitals.
• Contribute to a supportive and positive team environment.
