Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Leveraging Liaison / Client Care Associate in Buzzards Bay, MA. This role combines shifts supporting our Emergency and Critical Care team with front desk duties, available as both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You’ll work with clients, doctors, nurses, and referring hospitals to keep information clear and visits coordinated, while handling estimates, payments, and records. Veterinary experience and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Two years of experience in a veterinary hospital as a technician, liaison, or client service representative.
• Clear, respectful communication with clients and colleagues.
• Comfort discussing estimates and financial arrangements with care and discretion.
• Familiarity with veterinary software; ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication between clients, the medical team, and referring hospitals.
• Organize patient visits and update clients during wait times.
• Review treatment estimates, deposits, and payment options with clients.
• Review discharge instructions as directed by the doctor.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage client check-in/check-out, calls, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address changing needs throughout the day.
