• Previous veterinary reception experience; veterinary or medical reception preferred.
• Warm, compassionate, and confident even in busy or emotional moments.
• Clear, professional communication in person, on the phone, and digitally.
• Dependable and aligned with the team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfort discussing veterinary services, estimates, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage a high-volume phone system with accuracy and care.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Respond to client messages and liaise with the medical team.
• Assist with client education, billing, estimates, and transactions.
• Maintain organized information and smooth communication between clients and teammates.
• Provide a steady, compassionate presence during all visits.
