Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage invoices.
• Maintain accurate client and patient medical records.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Educate clients on preventative pet care and post-treatment instructions.
