Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience; registration not required.
• Experience in training employees and some management background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain processes for medical record keeping and billing.
• Collect and process work charts and enter in-patient charges in the billing system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
• Prepare, print and mail invoice or statement copies for customers.
• Be dependable and punctual; supervise staff in the assigned department.
