PetVet Care Centers’ Thomasville Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant Supervisor (RVT) to lead medical staff, supervise the department, and ensure patient care standards. Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of veterinary experience.
• RVT licensure preferred.
• Experience training employees, leading a team, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
• Collect and process work charts.
• Assist with entering in-patient charges and/or procedures performed in billing system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
• Process payments and monthly statements.
• Resolve escalated financial problems with clients and delinquent accounts.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable.
• Prepare, print and mail invoice or statement copies for customers.
