Job summary

PetVet Care Centers seeks a Veterinary Technician Supervisor in Greensboro, NC to lead technical staff and oversee scheduling within the department. You will ensure high standards of patient care and efficient operations, while modeling professionalism and team collaboration.

Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and a salary range of $24–$26 per hour, with a full benefits package and a culture of care that supports both pets and people.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or LVMT required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records and billing processes.
• Manage patient charts and in-patient procedures.
• Enter in-patient charges and procedures in billing system.
• Ensure monthly and client/doctor invoices are sent.
• Process payments and statements; resolve escalated financial issues.
• Be dependable and punctual.
