As a Vet Assistant, you’ll follow NAVTA guidelines, perform skilled tasks under supervision, and contribute to a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians
• Maintain safety of pets, clients and staff
• Assist with procedures and follow NAVTA guidelines
• Educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans
