Qualifications

• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the flow of patients and assist veterinarians and vet techs.
• Communicate with the veterinarian and vet techs to ensure efficient care.
• Assist with procedures and maintain clean, organized exam rooms and labs.
• Educate clients about preventive care and our Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Mentor other hospital team members to support patient care.
