Qualifications

• NAVTA‑approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure safe, high‑quality care for pets and clients.
• Maintain smooth patient flow and clear communication with the veterinary team.
• Set up or perform procedures that do not require veterinarian or vet tech assistance.
• Keep treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs clean and organized per hospital standards.
• Educate clients about preventative care and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Mentor other hospital team members.
