You will provide compassionate patient care, prepare procedures, educate clients about wellness plans, and document medical histories while ensuring safety and clean, organized treatment areas.

The role involves assisting with procedures, restraining animals safely, and supporting the team to maximize productivity in alignment with five core principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgery as applicable.
• Monitor hospitalized or surgical pets as allowed in the state practice acts.
• Educate clients about hospital services and preventive care.
• Obtain relevant information and history from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Ensure safety of pets, clients and associates by following standard protocols and maintaining clean treatment areas.
