Qualifications

• 2 years of professional veterinary experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks.

• Detail-oriented due to high-quality medicine.
• Ability to lift and restrain pets up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and technicians with medical treatments, tests, and procedures.
• Obtain health histories from clients and document in the EMR.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment and patient areas.
• Restock and organize medical supplies.
• Deliver exceptional client service in person and over the phone.
• Schedule, confirm appointments, and manage client/patient records and invoices.
