Peoria Area Veterinary Group in Dunlap, IL is seeking a Full-Time Kennel Assistant to support our veterinary team at the Dunlap location. You will help with patient care, boarding facility duties, and daily activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reliability, multitasking, and a willingness to learn. Pay is $15.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the practice.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a veterinary clinical setting (CSR, kennel attendant, vet assistant, other), preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player, have patience and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift and restrain pets of at least 40 pounds.

Peoria Area Veterinary Group | Dunlap, IL Peoria Area Veterinary Group (PAVG) is seeking a Full-Time Kennel Assistant to join our team of dedicated veterinary professionals at our Dunlap location. Kennel Assistants are valuable members of our team and play a crucial role in patient care. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and is willing to learn new skills. You will be responsible for providing direct support to our veterinary team, taking care of the boarding facility and its patients.
