Job Description Summary: The Veterinary Assistant supports veterinarians and veterinary technicians, ensuring the safety of pets, clients, and staff, and maintaining the quality of veterinary care.

Preferred Education/Licenses: Completion of a NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent education, training, and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Experience: Ability to perform all skills taught in NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant programs effectively to support practice efficiency.
