Role: Veterinary Assistant

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $20–$23 / hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; four 10-hour shifts designed to accommodate hospital business hours

Meadows Cat Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our exceptional team. We believe a happy, healthy team is essential to providing exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatments
• Safely handle and restrain feline patients during examinations and procedures
• Support laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures
• Assist with patient admissions, treatments, and nursing care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
• Support daily hospital operations while delivering exceptional patient and client care
