NVA General Practice is seeking a Veterinary Assistant or Technician to join our team at Park Hills Animal Hospital in Deer Park, NY. This role offers both part-time and full-time hours, with competitive pay ranging from $16 to $22 per hour.

Pay: $16–$22/hour (based on experience)

Are you an experienced veterinary assistant or an unlicensed technician looking to join a supportive, growth‑minded team? Park Hills Animal Hospital, A PetOne Veterinary Hospital, is a small general practice seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our expanding team. We’re a two‑doctor practice (one full‑time, one part‑time) known for our strong team culture, positive work environment, and commitment to high‑quality patient care. We’re also preparing for upcoming hospital renovations and expansion—making this the perfect time to grow with us!

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Able to perform the typical responsibilities of a veterinary assistant (restraint, patient care, client communication, basic lab work, etc.)
• Availability for full‑time or part‑time hours
• Bonus if you’re able to work two evening shifts per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays until 8:30 pm)
