Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in patient exams, treatments, and surgical procedures
  • Monitoring and caring for hospitalized patients
  • Restraint and handling for exams, blood draws, and procedures
  • Performing in-house diagnostics (radiographs, bloodwork, fecal analysis)
  • Administering medications under veterinary supervision
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and exam areas
  • Providing compassionate client communication and education
About You:
  • At least one year of experience as a veterinary assistant
  • Passionate about animal care and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of patient care
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Schedule & Hours:
  • Flexible shifts with a minimum of one Saturday per month
  • Hospital Hours:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
    • Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM
    • Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM
    • Closed daily for lunch from 1 PM – 2 PM
