Job description

Joining a clinic with its own unique identity is like a cross-country car ride with your ears flapping in the breeze. Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Assistant to our team.

At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Our fast-paced environment means you’ll support the local community as a vital service. It’s the kind of freedom that feels like running at the speed of light into a 5-story pile of leaves – and that’s just the beginning. As part of our team, you’ll work with the latest technology, gain access to state-of-the-art training facilities, and collaborate with a positive team to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients we all love.

Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley (AECHV) was founded in 1989 and is located in Kingston, NY. The hospital is community-founded and supported by the local general practice community. It is an exclusively emergency clinic equipped with cardiac monitoring, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and dedicated support staff.

AECHV is located in the scenic Hudson River Valley, midway between New York City and Albany. It is a National Heritage Area, rich in history, natural beauty, culture, and a burgeoning food and farmer’s market scene. The area is also known for being the oldest wine-producing region in the U.S. and inspired the Hudson River School of Painters. https://aechv.com/
